Step into the world of Larry Hartsell's ground game in our Jun Fan JKD Grappling Trial Class, where you’ll learn to seamlessly bridge the gap between striking and ground fighting. This session introduces you to the essential takedowns, leverage-based controls, and efficient submissions designed to neutralize a threat quickly, all while maintaining fluidity and directness.
