Experience the philosophy of Bruce Lee in our Jeet Kune Do / Jun Fan Gung Fu Trial Class, where the focus is on being "like water"—fluid, direct, and incredibly efficient. In this session, you will learn the fundamentals of the "intercepting fist" and explosive movement, discovering how to strip away flashy movements in favor of practical speed and adaptability.
