Experience the art of coordinated power in our Hapkido Trial Class, where you'll learn how to defend yourself using practical escapes and techniques to neutralize an opponent, regardless of size. This introductory session offers a safe, ego-free environment for you to practice strikes, kicks, takedowns, practical joint locks, and escapes form chokes and holds that work regardless of your size or strength.
